This Report is a culmination of work and research done over the past year for 3711 Market Street. It includes discussions of the existing structural systems, the proposal for the redesign, the methods and procedures used in the redesign of the lateral system, and all conclusions and findings. Also, included in this report are two breadth topics which are construction management and building enclosures
